The ground rules for our repairs, sales and website, written to be read, not buried.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wirelessguys store website and the repair and sales services provided by Wireless Guys Dearborn. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Estimates & pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information available before we open the device. Once diagnosed, the final price may differ if additional damage is found.
• If the price changes, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional paid work.
• Diagnostic fees, if any, will be disclosed up front.

2. Repairs

• You confirm you are the owner of the device or are authorized to approve its repair.
• Some repairs carry inherent risk, particularly on devices with prior water or physical damage and a device may fail during or after repair despite our best efforts. We will explain known risks before starting.
• Repairs are covered by our Warranty Policy.

3. Your data & backups

You are responsible for backing up your data before any repair. While we take care with every device, we are not liable for loss of data, apps, settings or accounts. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle device data.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the repair is completed or the item is purchased, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed in the ‑store.

5. Unclaimed devices

Devices left for repair must be picked up within 30 days of the date we notify you that the repair is complete (or of the drop‑off date if a repair is declined). After that period, storage fees may apply, and devices left beyond 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of or sold to recover costs, as permitted by Michigan law. We wipe data from any device before resale or disposal.

6. Used & pre‑owned devices

Pre‑owned devices are sold, tested and, where stated, with a limited warranty. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm carrier compatibility before purchase. Please see our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wireless Guys Dearborn's total liability for any claim relating to a repair or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that repair or item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost use of a device.

8. Website use & intellectual property

The content on this website, text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Wireless Guys Dearborn and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Wayne County, Michigan.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
